Just after Five9’s new Reseller agreement with Acqueon was finalized, I had the privilege of being the face of Acqueon at the Five9 2023 SKO. While I’ve been to Vegas more times than I can count, this visit was undoubtedly the most memorable one yet. It was fantastic to be surrounded by all of the positive energy and good vibes from the Five9 team and all of the other partners.

Attending the Year in Review session was one of the most remarkable parts of the event. It was a welcome opportunity to learn more about all of the amazing things Five9 is accomplishing in the Contact Center industry. Personally, I’m incredibly proud that Acqueon is part of the Five9 ecosystem and that we’re able to provide Epic integrations to their Healthcare and Hospital customers.

The vendor fair on Monday night was a blast. It was mind-blowing to see how many people stopped by our booth and asked for next steps. I thoroughly enjoyed connecting with everyone who dropped by our booth, so if you did, thanks for paying me a visit!

At the General session, I had the opportunity to hear from Five9 leadership. It’s always exciting to be able to hear from our partners’ leadership, and to be able to witness the enthusiasm in the room was inspiring, to say the least.

Here are some of my favorite moments from the SKO:

  • We got several inquiries about next steps with our sales team
  • I was able to meet with Five9’s leadership team
  • I randomly ran into Mike Burkland’s wife & was able to hear his story directly from her
  • I left the SKO on a high note, my excitement about our partnership reinforced

Wrapping Up

The 2023 Five9 SKO showed me a new side of the company. I got to learn about everything Five9 is doing in the marketplace – and that chance was one I won’t ever forget. All in all, it was a terrific experience. I’m very grateful for all of the networking opportunities and am looking forward to continuing to build what I hope will be lasting relationships and partnerships for both of our teams.
